Hi @dandurston I took my 2p tent out to face the bitter cold of the UP last winter. I spent a nice sleeping on snow and ice. When I was finished though the tent wound up getting soaked through. Drying a tent in February in Wisconsin proved to be tough for an apartment dweller such as myself. When I pulled my tent out this year, the fly and floor of the tent were decorated pretty well with mold spots. I know that this tent isn't supposed to perform miracles. I'd hope to do better in the future. Any advice you could give on reversing some of the damage? My tent only got to see 4 outings and I really love it. I saw the advice you already gave to @KyleG82, but any additional words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
Music_Makes_ItHi, Sorry to hear about the wet tent/mold situation. I'm not too knowledgeable on dealing with mold, as we've never had mold report before. So we don't have a recommended/tested way of dealing with it. I know bleach works but it would likely wreck the tent too. From googling, it seems like vinegar could be a good solution but there are also some products sold by the outdoor gear industry. This company recommends their Revivex product, although I think it's just a mellow soap: https://www.gearaid.com/blogs/learn/remove-mold-mildew-odors-tent-how-to This link recommends vinegar and Lysol: https://garagesmart.com/blogs/garage/how-to-clean-your-tent-and-get-rid-of-mold-or-bad-odors
