Cute, thin
I feel like Drop has a real issue showcasing the colors of their keycaps accurately. I just left a scathing review of their Skylight series keycaps, but these, thankfully, are better and the inaccuracy is less egregious. The reality, however, is that the color of the alpha keys, while shown here as a pretty creamy white in this listing, are actually a bit gray/beige. To be fair, in any kind of bright lighting, that's probably a nuance that's hard to capture, but I have keycaps that are white-white (crisp white, true white... you get the idea) and these just look dingy next to them. For some reason, instead of making their keycaps lean towards the creamier, more ivory end of the white spectrum, Drop keeps leaning towards gray and it just makes everything look a little dirty and old, instead of aesthetic and fresh.
The rest of the keycaps though, are lovely. The legends are crisp and cute, and the colors, while still not accurate to the photos (photos show them as more of an ever-so-slightly cooler-toned, sage green and in reality they're a more yellow-toned green - think lime green vs mint green, but less exaggerated), are pretty and aesthetic. I liked the accents so well that I almost went back to buy this set in pink, but alas, Drop has fooled me too many times with their deceptive photos, and I don't want to end up with another set of their keycaps that I hate.
Overall, you would do well to not put these on a white board because otherwise the alphas will look extra gray and dingy, but they look really cute on a green board, so that's where these will live for a while.

The Coziest Keycaps on Drop?
The Coziest Keycaps on Drop?
Disclaimer: Drop provided this keycap set to me for free as part of a community review program. No money was exchanged. Drop had no input in what I have written below.
DCD Cozy Camp is an aesthetically pleasing set that appeals to cozy-vibe-seeking hobbyists. It uses pastel green colors to accent a creamy off-white base, and optimizes the advantages of the dye-sublimation process to provide an extensive base kit at a reasonable price. It released alongside DCD Cozy Bakery, a pink-colored set that follows in the same design aesthetics to offer multiple colorways of this cute theming.

Starting from the unboxing experience, it is clear that Drop likes to add little touches like their logo on the keycap trays they provide. The keycap trays are made of plastic and hold the keycaps securely in place, and it makes for a good tray for keycap storage and organization. The secure fit means opening the package requires a bit of care so that keycaps don’t end up flying everywhere, but they are by no means the hardest trays I’ve ever had to open before (such as Domikey). It is also apparent that the sheer number of keycaps provides extensive coverage and options, such as scooped or bars homing keys, 7u bottom row, F13, 65/75% support, media keys, ISO, text Mac mods, Alice spacebars and extra B, R3 control/command, and 40s support. Interestingly, a stepped caps lock option is absent. Stepped caps lock is a common keycap inclusion in custom keycap kitting, and it is disappointing that it is not included with these keycaps despite the large base kit. I suspect it has to do with needing to use a different mold for the PBT blank, but its omission is still surprising to me seeing as how commonly I see it used in the custom keyboard space.

Upon looking over the keycaps, the smaller font size and low contrast between the light green and cream colors makes the set lean towards a light and airy aesthetic. The use of lowercase text for the modifiers continues that cute aesthetic which invokes feelings of childhood simplicity. The use of all text modifiers and arrows is an interesting choice. I don’t have a preference when it comes to text or icon modifiers, but the use of text arrows is uncommon and does not lean toward my preference. There are no glaring issues with alignment of legends or modifier text, but I did notice some slight inconsistencies with alignment on the number row, with some numbers a little higher and others a little lower than the keycap next to it.

search
The most obvious issue is a difference in color shading on the reverse dye-sub keycaps. The color of the sides of the keycap look faded in comparison to the top of the keycap, which, unfortunately, applies to the sides of the keycap that faces towards me while typing. Any view from a lower angle than normal will make this issue obvious. Text alignment across the rows are even and consistent, with the only issues coming from slight differences in vertical alignment on the number row if looking very closely. It’s not egregious and requires a exceedingly close eye to spot.

Throughout all the caps, there is no shrinkage (a potential issue with dye-sublimated keycaps) except for the reverse dye-sub 7u spacebar. The sides are slightly warped, and the larger gaps between the spacebar and the keycaps surrounding it reveal how the spacebar itself has shrunk. Although slightly harder to mount, it still fit on to the keyboard and worked fine without any binding. The white spacebar does not have this issue and looks and works perfectly. The keycaps were a little tighter than GMK keycaps on Cherry MX Black stems, but I was able to mount and unmount the keycaps without much difficulty. There were no issues of keycaps being too tight or too loose.

The novelties depict icons of nature and foliage as well as scenes of a cat and mouse enjoying outdoor activities. These novelties service the set well and lean into the intentions to keep everything innocent and adorable. Seeing a cat and mouse spending time together like this helps this set bring out feelings of a peaceful joy. The dye-sub legends are crisp. The ones that come off a little fuzzy are the reverse-dye sub caps. This also holds true for the novelties. However, these are not noticeable at typing distance. A nice little touch was that the keycaps have the row and size of the keycap molded on the back of each cap. This helps the most with making sure the multiple options for modifiers and novelties end up on the correct row when mounting these keycaps on the board. As far as aesthetics go, I think this set does really well for the price. A majority of the issues I stated were either preference or nitpicks as someone who pores over many aspects of my keyboards.

For sound, there isn’t as much for me to say here. Keycaps DO contribute to the sound of a keyboard, but it relies on so many varied factors outside of just the keycaps that replication of my thoughts would be near impossible. They sound lively but still are more muted than GMK ABS keycaps. Overall, they sound similar to other dye-sub PBT keycaps with similar thickness. I enjoy the sound despite my preference for ABS keycaps.

Moving on to the feel of the keycaps, the combination of texture and smoothness lends it to a “soft” feel on the fingers. It is well deserving of the “Cozy” moniker as the caps do feel cozy on my fingers as I type. DCD follows Cherry profile and is the most familiar keycap profile for me to type on. I personally love Cherry profile, so definitely no concerns here. I imagine this type of material on a keycap profile with rounder edges would feel very comfortable to type with. It wasn’t difficult to mount and unmount keycaps, and they fit Cherry MX Black stems with no issue of being too tight or too loose. Everything actuated like they should while typing.
The comparison to Osume keycaps cannot be understated. The colors, legend choices, and novelties share such similar design that anyone familiar with Osume will be reminded of their aesthetic. Being that these keycaps were released after the success of Osume, these have the potential to draw criticism for borrowing heavily from the stylistic choices of the designers at Osume despite having different colors, a more conventional number row alignment, and distinct novelties. The advantage of the DCD set is that the base kit is at a competitive price compared to Osume, but the price of the DCD novelties sits at a lower value per keycap even compared to other DCD sets. Based on my experience, Osume shares some worse shrinkage with certain reverse dye-sub modifiers, and the fully dye-subbed spacebar was so tight that it was a hassle to mount and unmount.

For anyone looking for a softer-toned green set with the cute aesthetics of smaller print and adorable novelties paired with a large base kit, these are the keycaps for you. To anyone looking for bold, in-your-face colors, high contrast legends, a perfectly dye-subbed 7u spacebar, or a stepped caps lock, I would recommend avoiding. The base price stands very competitive compared to others in North America. If it happens to be on one of Drop’s sales or if you happen to have Drop Key Club (DKC) coupons, this set at a discount comes at an even easier recommendation.

Great keycap set
This is a great keycap set, especially at the sale price. Colors are nice and are a good match with the Shinai Green CSTM80 decorative case. The printing of each key looks good to my eye, and my wife is really excited to get them installed on her keyboard. Would recommend!

Good dyesub caps
Really, there's not much to say with these. They're very solidly good enough, especially if you can catch them at the promo price of $39. The base kit has a ludicrous selection of keys, the plastic feels nice under my fingers and is plenty thick, the spacebars in my set seem visually straight and don't have trouble fitting on stabs, and the legends are pretty crisp and well-aligned.
Nothing's perfect, of course. There's some fading on the bottoms of the darker keys since they're reverse-dye-subbed rather than using colored plastic, and looking closely at keys with straight vertical legends (I, |, [] etc) I can see some misalignment. But, for the price, I'm happy, and expect to keep using these on any keyboard I have that matches their color well until I wear them out or damage them.

Variation and Colour
I ordered this set to match the base of my keyboard and the colours complimented eachother beautifully. I'm not sure what else to say because I just liked the colour and the novelty keys. It was on sale, so that was a bonus and the base kit came with a lot of keycaps. 10/10 would recommend to a friend ^^
