Have the legends like "Shif t" been fixed? The images would give the impression that they have, or are the save as other DCX caps (BoW/WoB)?

Indeed - "Shift" legends have been updated to decrease the length of the arms on the 'f' and 't' characters, as well as to minimize spacing between those characters.

Can these cause any north facing interference? Assuming they're used with switches that would cause that with cherry profiles.
