My favorite IDE theme materialized on my keyboard.
If you're a fan of Solarized Dark the IDE theme, you really need this on your work keyboard. The keycap set is well-made. I own many GMK sets and this one is comparable in terms of quality.
Solid keycaps, I like them even more than I thought I would!
This is my first DCX set of keycaps. Up until now I've only used MT3 and KAT. Turns out I like them waaay more than I thought I would! They just feel right under my fingers, and this colorway is so subtle and fantastic. I highly recommend picking up a set! Also I have really like the packaging Drop is using for their DCX sets. The only thing I wish is that they had an add on for ortholinear boards so I could use these on my Lily58.
My first set of DCX keycaps I've bought (shown on a CSTM80). I love the profile and build quality. The colours are so cool I decided to try the MT3 set.
I preordered the Solarized Dark but finally got to use them yesterday when my Group Buy keyboard, the Neson 810e, finally showed up nearly 2 quarters past expected delivery date. I love the look. These are my 2nd DCX keycaps, first being WoB. My board comes with some LED accents and these keys further help convey a futuristic vibe without being over-the-top.
This set is really nice looking. The alphas look darker in person than the photos on the product listing and have less contrast to my eyes with the modifiers than I was expecting. I'm sure it's just due to different lighting and photo techniques.
They still look really great. Like a dark IDE set. And the lighter accent keys really pop.
Same great quality, feel, and sound as other DCX sets.
fantastic set and for those who missed the GMK version from years prior this is a great alternative. I did notice one thing, it may just be me but this set looks darker than the DCS version to me IRL.
Literally dark solarized; same set of keys with diff color profile
I love the color profile. It has the same color profile but the alphas are not white and blue/navy instead. I think similar to solarized, my major criticism has to do with the PgUp, PgDn, End, and Home keys. There's also one that's weirdly shaped so then profile of the keys will look weird if you follow the native layout of whatever keyboard you're using. Other than that, the keys feel great, look great, and sound great.
5/5 would buy again (although prob not buy regular solarized this time since I have both now lol)
