CAN WE *PLEASE* GET A SIDE-VIEW, HORIZONTAL & CORRECT ROW-ORDER EXAMPLE OF THE PROFILE SHAPE, LIKE EVERY OTHER KEYCAP MANU PROVIDES FOR EVERY SET IN EXISTENCE (Your others included...)?!
Production photos would be preferred over renders, obviously, but we'll take ANYTHING we can get...
This will be obvious to you though, it has to be. There's NO WAY you don't know this is what we wan—no, NEED. So the fact that it's been SPECIFICALLY left-out (even though it's open for purchase...) - After all that pre-release hype cultivation & poorly-received sidestepping of certain details, for a "proprietary" secret profile with a 2-year development, and so on... the MOST IMPORTANT visual-example that should come with a new or updated profile is the actual side-profile, maybe with a height line or compared to other profiles (I can think of a good one...) - and again, YOU KNOW THIS! You guys do stuff like this constantly, and in this case most of all, it's painfully obvious it was left out on purpose. Which leads me—and many others—to question, "...why?". And it's a nervous question with your history, for sure.
I'm all for this, honestly... at least in theory. I love Cherry, and although it appears (off of a GUESS that I shouldn't have to be making right now) as though it isn't as dramatic a change from CherryPro to warrant all the hype or the "ground-up, totally custom & unique NEW KEYSET!"-confidence, this whole move is sketchy as HELL! It doesn't help that you've still opened pre-orders consodering this massive exclusion, and I REFUSE to believe this wasn't a conscious decision. I
I even refuse to believe that you didn't KNOW the immediate response would be filled with this question...It's not "mysterious", or "exciting" either, it's suspicious & kinda arrogant...

Scootiepuffthats compared to only 1 other profile. i have no idea what GMK profiles r like, but it would be nice to see its profile compared to profiles im familiar with

ShalakazaamGMK is just cherry profile keycaps. The comparison was to show how it looks compared to cherry profile keycaps. You can Google up the other profiles, but it looks like a minor difference between DCX and Cherry. I'm definitely gonna grab a set

ShalakazaamGMK only produces cherry profile. Based on the photos, DCX and Cherry profile are functionally the same with only the most discerning fingertips being able to distinguish the two. It's a safe bet to compare cherry profile as a proxy for DCX when comparing with other profiles.

Scootiepuffohhh myb didnt know that. is DCX is similar to DSA? too lazy n not interested enough to google how this profile compares to profiles other than DCX

ShalakazaamDSA will feel very different to DCX. DSA has a uniform profile where the caps are all the same height. DCX is sculped such that the heights are different based on the rows.

ShalakazaamNo, DSA are super tall keycaps. I think the whole mystery this whole time was just "how are these keycaps shaped?" Now that there's a photo comparison, it's relieving to know. I'm guessing these are like GMK keycaps, but the same material specs as MT3?
If you like cherry keycaps, just grab one and find out. These are pretty cheap as they are right now.

Scootiepuffi reallllly do not like cherry profile at all. think my pref is 1. MDA, 2. XDA 3. SA, but ive never tried some profiles that i would really like to like the MT3/MT2

ShalakazaamDCX = MT2.
If you like SA, then you'll probably like MT3. I have a set of Fairlane and I think they feel great. If you hate cherry, you probably won't like these.

Scootiepuffthe one dislike of SA and similar profiles is that the surface areas are so small i.e. gaps between keys are too big and this actually inhibits my ability to type as fast as possible :( XDA not assss bad, but this is why MDA is king imo

ShalakazaamMT3 has a much larger and more scooped top surface than SA. If I make 1 mistake in every 10 keystrokes typing on SA, I would make 1 mistake in every 20 presses with MT3 (arbitrary numbers). My fingers just feel like they know exactly where they need to go on MT3.

Is the DCX profile similar to the Cherry Profile in height? It would be helpful to have a comparison against other profiles with height differences.

Are these the exact same profile as GMK? I would like to use the spacebars kit with a GMK Kit that did not come with split spacebars. I just want to know if it would look good or not.
