Horrible company
Update: I did receive my ear pads out of nowhere 13 days later. Support also contacted me but it took 10+ days instead of 5-7 days. That said the agent was helpful and asked if I wanted refund or a second shipment, this was right before I got my first shipment. So the second shipment is now on the way. I have to refuse it when it arrives so it can go back to them. At least I got the pads, but Ascendia as a delivery company was bad. The pads are nice I desperately needed new ones the stock ones were so old and flat etc. Original message: The Drop doesn't answer support tickets. My earpads are no where to be seen. Their delivery company dropped off package to some "local delivery service" and tracking stopped. Been 10 days since that happened. 7 days and no answer from support. They are happy to take your money though. Might have to do a chargeback and file claim against them. So if you're a customer think twice before you order. They leave you high and dry.

Massdrop has always skimped on delivery service and on one or two occasions I have had to wait about 3 months for my order to arrive, however of the 15+ items I have ordered I have always got them (eventually). Drop.com is always a website of last resort, it's usually the cheapest but that means they are paying next to nothing on delivery fees. When buying from drop.com always ask yourself these 3 questions in order: Is it the best price? Do I need it in a hurry? If so, is it worth paying extra from a more expensive retailer?
