Is there any way to purchase the new mesh knit ear pads and use them on the pc37x. Badseed tech said it made a huge difference and I would like to try. If not anyone want to sell the mesh knit earpads to me? Drop it would be great if you sold the new mesh knit pads separately.

Patty_CakesHi, did you ever get the extra set of pads for your headset? I bought the headset and don't use either of the stock pads - they are just way too small for my ears. I upgraded to Dekoni pads - they have a bigger opening for the ear which makes a huge difference for me. If anyone knows of a thicker pad for these than 20mm, I'd definitely be interested in those.

garciaf025I'm still using these and they are the best I have found. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B087HPDQ5L/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_P01734GJ0K5SXZ2NRDC1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 They fit around my ears ok, but I just wish they were a little thicker because my right ear still touches the driver fabric a little sometimes. Still way better than either of the stock pads for me. Here is a link that may help you decide too. https://drop.com/talk/60865/finally-got-my-first-open-back-headset-wow-its-amazing-how-the-sound-no-longer-feels-like-its-coming?referer=MRF7UU

SkykingUSA@SkykingUSA -- I just got my PC38Xs and yeah, my ears must be mutant big or something as the default pads are quite tight and shallow. I started looking around for deeper pads and found a reference to these adapters which are supposed to let you use pretty much any oval ear pads with the snap-in Sennheiser cup mounts: https://www.modhouseaudio.com/sennheiser-earpad-adapters/ I haven't tried them, so I can endorse them, but they exist and that's good to know, I think.

DevilCrayonThanks for sharing that. If you try them out on another set of pads, let me know. I'd be interested in your experience with them. For now, I'll probably keep using my Dekoni pads since I sort of got used to them and they work ok as long as I position them properly. They're not perfect though, so let us know if you find something better. Thanks!

SkykingUSAAlright! I did end up getting the adapter rings and a couple sets of brainwavz oval ear pads and just got them installed together. It's a bit fiddly to get the cushions on to the adapters just right and snapped in securely, but also very straightforward. The pads give a bit more depth and a squishier memory foam feel. I'll report back after a few long days with them, but so far so good!

DevilCrayonSounds good, I'm eager to hear about your experience with them. If you could add a link to the pads you are trying when you write again that would be great too.
