this review is not based on the product but the shipping company used.
I would advise Drop to never use Postnl. I understand that during this unprecedented time, shipping goods has become unreliable and frustrating for most companies to find alternative means to ship goods in a timely manner to their customers. From my first update on this product, where it was confirmed to be at the shipper’s warehouse, it has been 33 days. The updates received on the order status tracking page also give no real information as to where the product is, to potentially give the customer an indication on when they could potentially receive the product. Ultimately, looking back I would have spent a little more on an upgraded shipping method if it was available.

adflI am having same issue with 2 knives I purchased May 29th , the thing that's ticks me off the most is they advertise the knives are "in stock" and finding out AFTER purchase that PostNL (who?) is the carrier. A shipping company in the Netherlands!! Upon further research The Knives are in their (Drops) "offshore warehouse" which is in CHINA. Zero tracking progress from June 10th til present June 27th so it's been almost a month so far I've read similar reviews and some say it took 2 months!!! This is unreasonable by any measure. Why do the knives sit in the Netherlands with no progress for so long. PostNL must have a giant warehouse to be holding all these shipments I can only imagine the back log. These knives I purchased will be the last time I order from Drop.com I contacted Drop customer service which they state could take 5-7 days to reply back...it took 12 days for a reply and they didn't even answer my questions. Hey Drop when you list something as "in stock" to me that means you have it in The USA, you know where your located. I'm dropping Drop, to bad because I've bought many times in the past and loosing a return customer is not good for business. Whomever made the decision to use PostNL should be terminated.
