there is a problem with the crown, it completely unscrews and it is impossible to set the time or wind the clock, does anyone know how to fix it, and is it possible?

KoylI am facing the same issue. I reached out to Massdrop support and they essentially told me they cannot help. Is it possible to fix by myself or do I need to take it to a watch repair shop?

planecrazySame, mine just fell out and was lost. Drop said thry can't do anything or even recommend what a proper replacement/size.

@leopadron Just wanna congratulate you and your team for getting this watch to market. The design and multiple versions show that you guys put a lot of thought and time into this and I know the watch and EDC community is grateful.
If Drop can get its act together, we hope to see a Felix v.2 and other things you and your team might design. If not, great work and thanks for this one!

Well, no joy on anyone who was hoping for a v2; Drop is getting out of watches, apparently. I guess this means anyone who got a Felix basically has a limited edition?
If anyone has a "broken" one, throw a reply here - I may need to hit you up for spare parts, just in case?

I received my replacement watch for the falling out stem issue I initially had.. Not even 2 months with the replacement I've had the same issue. Drop tells me they have no inventory to do a warranty replacement. Is this a joke?

Stem hasn't fallen out yet, but I'm having issues with the seconds hand starting up after resetting the time. I've been able to get going by tapping it... for now.

Stampy1824Hopefully you'll have better luck than I did.
I eventually sent the watch back to Drop for a refund, and I bought a Hamilton Khaki as a replacement.

NarcianLet's see if Drop gets the price right the first time around. If there is a v.2, I think everyone will wait for the price to go insanely low before pulling the trigger.

the way the dial is made, by bending the outer edge to make the minute track beveled, looks awful in person, it's impossible to see this detail in the glamour shots, but a little normal light and it;s the first thing you see. I'm pretty sure this is why no manufacturer makes a dial and inner bezel this way, because it looks really amateurish. Should have just made it flat, or not made it at all, now that I have one in my hand, I see why Drop lowered the price to below cost, because it's just terrible. Sending it back... can't believe this wasn't mentioned by anyone else in any reviews I read...

Glen8The curved outer edge definitely could've been executed better but I got over it pretty quickly. Still worth the price i paid :)

I wasn't planning on adding another watch, just having bought a nice vintage unitas pocket watch conversion, but I think i have to pull the trigger on this one.

Does anyone know what Drop means by "Reserved for shipment" under status? Does it mean it is ready to ship now or that it is being held back?

It came in on 13 JAN. By the way, a 22mm Nato strap fits it much better than a 20mm.

ScottieGI still haven't received my watch :/ One of the perks of living on the other side of the country from the warehouse is that I receive items in 7-10 days from Drop.
