The latest tracking event for my knife that I ordered in early May is that it's in transport to the country of destination (US). That was on June 3rd. I have no idea why it would take this long for it to get to the US, so I am starting to wonder if it's been lost in shipping. Waiting this long for an in stock item is completely ridiculous. @LukasM could you or some other staff please either give me details on my order or an option to refund if it's not going to start moving in the next week? I've contacted support twice for this knife and I didn't get a response the 2nd time.

Purchased this knife back on April 10th and I'm still waiting for arrival, shipping updates or anything. I have reached out to Drop a few times and the only response I get is that I have to wait until 8 weeks is up before they can look into it further. I understand that shipping from overseas was a bit slow with everything going on but at the same time I make purchases from overseas with different companies and my orders arrive extremely quick by comparison. Other companies will also give customers the option to purchase different shipping methods. I have tried them all and I have found it's just easier to pay the difference so my orders arrive a lot sooner. I know Drop posts that items are in stock but they ship from overseas and it can take up to 5-6 weeks. At this point I have pretty much lost interest and the excitement of a new blade showing up is gone. Idk, has anyone else ran into similar issues?

I ordered back in April, and the last update I got was "shipped" on April 21st. I was patient, but finally messaged Lucas here on this thread (see below). A rep. named Jenny emailed me last week, and informed me that my order was lost in transit, and refunded my payment, plus a $20.00 credit on my next purchase. I would reach out to see where your order stands.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I ordered mine about the same time as you and the tracking said the product is in originating warehouse (or something like that,) until finally on June 12th the shipping was updated and said the item is ready to be shipped. So I had to wait months to finally get an update telling me the item can now be shipped. It's absolutely ridiculous. Yes I know we've had a pandemic, but in that time I've received candy from Germany, wooden chests from the UK and a red dot sight from Sweden (all from different sellers obviously.) I mean I really like this knife but it shouldn't be this difficult to get these things here. And then to essentially be told by Drop to not bug me until 8 weeks have passed is absurd. I'm certainly done with Drop once this knife is here.

Ordered mine on may 9th, and the latest is that usps has accepted it in the Netherlands. Hopefully this means it gets here soon (midwestern US).

Good luck canceling your order. I payed for mine a week ago. Then I discovered the long delays. I’ve attempted to cancel for the past six days. Tried writing customer support with nothing. Tried canceling through the website. Only to get a perpetual rotating freeze once hitting the submit button ( done over 20 times). Something stinks with this company. I call bad faith in business.

When Drop says these are in stock, what they mean is that they are actually in stock in their Chinese warehouse. I ordered one of these about 6 weeks ago and the tracking says that it is still in the orginating warehouse. I know that things are delayed because of covid, especially when it comes to international stuff, but a bit of customer service would be great. When I wrote drop to ask when I could expect my knife they said they didn't know and not to contact them until 8 weeks had passed. I know things are crazy at the moment but just a decent attempt at communication would make all the difference, drop doesn't even do that though. This will be my last purchase through drop. There are enough other stores out there that offer competitive products at competitive pricing, but also treat their customers like they matter. It's not worth the hassle to shop here.

Yes we should be concerned, this is ridiculous!!!! It's one thing to know that things will be delayed because of a pandemic but to get ZERO help or updates from the seller is crazy!

Well, I keep checking my tracking. It was "shipped" on April 21'st. Tracking hasn't updated since. Maybe by Memorial Day? We'll see.

When did you originally order your knife. I'm wondering how long it took from your original order to the shipping info on May 1? I ordered my knife on April 18 and when I check the tracking it says that on April 24 the item is advised to PostNL, this is the last update to the shipping updates on my account.
