I received my Crux and love it, but over time it has developed a rattle in the pivot area when closing. It appears to be the blade shaking back and forth. Is there any way to fix this?

Is there blade play while it's open? If not, and it's otherwise working normally, it's probably just a quirk of your knife

No, it locks up pretty darn solid. I was worried that it meant a faulty bearing or something, but it's still going strong. It's one of my favorite to carry.

I was just wondering if anyone had this shipped to Canada lately? Any issues with getting them across the border?

I have had some reward points sitting for awhile and I decided to use them to order some extra pocket clips for my Crux and another Ferrum Forge knife from their pro series. I got a blue Crux in the original scale style and put a bronze pocket clip on it to add some contrast. However, I would love to get my hands on a bronze back spacer for the Crux to complete the look. Is there anyone who bought a bronze Crux that might be interested in trading for a blue back spacer? I'll include the original blue pocket clip to sweeten the deal. I guess the other option is to send the knife into Ferrum Forge to have it refinished, but that seems like a bit of overkill for the bronze back spacer. Anyone gone that route or have any other suggestions?

I have a similar story, ordered this knife, tracking info: It arrived in canada a full month and a half ago and no updates....

When i contacted support, I was told that I was responsible for shipping(what?!) and that this time they would make an exception and give me a refund as it was obviously lost.
Since I had paid for it half with rewards points, I expected to see those rewards back in my account....
nope.... I contacted support again and was told that since the order was cancelled(not cancelled, never arrived...) that rewards would not be given back...what?! I've never heard of something this brazen.
Thats theft as far as im concerned
Has anyone else dealt with @katrinamiller?
I have since sent her several message asking to speak to someone else with no response...
Even asked to have a replacement blade sent in that case, no response...

I'm sorry you're dealing with this too. It really is like pounding your head against a wall. I feel lucky that I finally got my knife. But I really am done with drop, their treatment of people and handling of shipping is ridiculous. Good luck getting this handled.

I finally got my knife!!! It was ordered around April 20 and got here on July 13. It took a full 3 months for an in stock item to arrive. Even using the Pandemic as an excuse doesn't fly because I've received multiple items from Europe and Asia in that time. The lack of shipping info was irritating to say the least, there is no reason in the year 2020 that shipping info should be so vague. And then to have customer service essentially blow me off is ridiculous. I've been very happy with the items I've got from Drop but until they make some major changes I don't see me ordering anything else from them, nor will I recommend Drop to anyone.

The latest tracking event for my knife that I ordered in early May is that it's in transport to the country of destination (US). That was on June 3rd. I have no idea why it would take this long for it to get to the US, so I am starting to wonder if it's been lost in shipping. Waiting this long for an in stock item is completely ridiculous. @LukasM could you or some other staff please either give me details on my order or an option to refund if it's not going to start moving in the next week? I've contacted support twice for this knife and I didn't get a response the 2nd time.

Purchased this knife back on April 10th and I'm still waiting for arrival, shipping updates or anything. I have reached out to Drop a few times and the only response I get is that I have to wait until 8 weeks is up before they can look into it further. I understand that shipping from overseas was a bit slow with everything going on but at the same time I make purchases from overseas with different companies and my orders arrive extremely quick by comparison. Other companies will also give customers the option to purchase different shipping methods. I have tried them all and I have found it's just easier to pay the difference so my orders arrive a lot sooner. I know Drop posts that items are in stock but they ship from overseas and it can take up to 5-6 weeks. At this point I have pretty much lost interest and the excitement of a new blade showing up is gone. Idk, has anyone else ran into similar issues?

I ordered back in April, and the last update I got was "shipped" on April 21st. I was patient, but finally messaged Lucas here on this thread (see below). A rep. named Jenny emailed me last week, and informed me that my order was lost in transit, and refunded my payment, plus a $20.00 credit on my next purchase. I would reach out to see where your order stands.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I ordered mine about the same time as you and the tracking said the product is in originating warehouse (or something like that,) until finally on June 12th the shipping was updated and said the item is ready to be shipped. So I had to wait months to finally get an update telling me the item can now be shipped. It's absolutely ridiculous. Yes I know we've had a pandemic, but in that time I've received candy from Germany, wooden chests from the UK and a red dot sight from Sweden (all from different sellers obviously.) I mean I really like this knife but it shouldn't be this difficult to get these things here. And then to essentially be told by Drop to not bug me until 8 weeks have passed is absurd. I'm certainly done with Drop once this knife is here.

@LukasM Just wondering if you could check on my order. Tracking hasn't updated since it was initially posted, April 21st. It would be nice to get some kind of update as to where the knife is, and when it might begin its journey. Thanks in advance.

Ordered mine on may 9th, and the latest is that usps has accepted it in the Netherlands. Hopefully this means it gets here soon (midwestern US).

It's been over a month of waiting with no updates except that it is in the Netherlands.
