these were sweat wicking and quite durable. my only gripe is that they feel rougher on the feet than darn tough socks but darn toughs are like 3 times the price
I picked some XXL size socks while fairly comfortable when wearing cant bit hard put on feet. Overall have lasted fairly well with the exception couple of small holes in a couple of the socks.
I bought this pair several years ago and although they're worn in a bit from use there's no signs of showing holes or weakness from the cotton. Going to pick up several more pairs when they go live again!
Great value for the price. Would order again ASAP as soon as they're available. I ordered the crew style and use them with work boots. They are comfortable.
I've had these for some time now, maybe a year, and the durability is about as expected. They are starting pilling recently, its more noticeable before washing. Speaking of washing, I wear them a few times before and always turn them inside out. I also don't wear them everyday, mostly during the winter and I probably wear each of the 3 pairs twice a month.
So, they wear out a bit faster than cotton and aren't as soft, but for a long trip or just as boot socks on a could day they are hard to beat.
These socks have a nice profile and are good quality.
That being said they're not my favorites. They slip around inside my shoes too much. They also bunch.
They seem to be durable (especially compared to Smart Wool) so that's not the issue.
There's a bunch of woolen mills cranking out product now being sold under a lot of names that are better values especially if you buy through an outlet like Sierra Traders or Marshalls.
These are kind of middle of the road compared to the dozens of other pairs I own.
Maybe one of their other styles would work better with my feet.
