I almost feel like Steve Martin in the movie The Jerk... The new poles are here, the new poles are here!

DannyMilksFirst impression is all you get for now as I haven't had time to try to break them yet and if they're going to break, I'm the guy they're gonna break on. They're light. Really light! Sleak, light, remarkably stiff, light, easily adjustable and did mention light? And on a non-functional note, I really like the color. I'll post more after I've had a chance to use (abuse) them. Thanks again for this and all the other great drops. 7/24/18 OK, so I've had a chance to use these poles quite a bit, now, and in some fairly strenuous conditions. STILL IMPRESSED. Remarkably durable! Did some off-trail, granite face hiking, bush-whacking and strenuous elevation changes, both up and down, boulder hopping, etc. during which they took most of my 190lb+ weight completely and they've held up. One of them decided it wouldn't collapse until I pulled it apart completely and put it back together after some of the more strenuous elevation drops where I really stressed them. It looks like I may have a very slight bow in the upper section (oddly enough - the upper section?), that's making that one pole a little stiff to collapse, but it's still working just fine. I'm genuinely amazed that they held this fat, old guy up as well as they did. My son was carrying my old Black Diamond Spires, just in case, and I never felt the need to swap with him. Did I mention I'm impressed?
