This kitting is absolutely insanely good, but unfortunately I'm not super interested in Katakana. Will we be seeing this kind of kitting on later Drop GMK sets?
I do use legends to type although don't think katakana is pointless.
We are all allowed a subjective opinion, for Littleking it's pointless which is fair enough.

will these icon mods be from the new molds? last time there was an icon mods run, the quality was inconsistent.
edit: Also will the icon mods be confirmed OG style (as shown in gallery) and *NOT* the "dixie style" left centered alignment? this detail was not given during the GMK WOB Hiragana fiasco where the gb runner withheld that information and changed it up last minute w/o informing groupbuyers.
By the time this gets into production GMK will most likely already have the inconsistent mold issues fixed. They've already been through and fixed it a year ago, so I have no doubts. The icon mods are OG style, as shown. I know what GMK WoB Hiragana has gone through; there will be no "last minute change."

JohnDerpKnew it was coming eventually, the way GMK sets have been going. Still sucks to see.

is there a possible typo on the alternate 1.5u return key? if its for 40% support, wouldn't it be a 1.75u? its so close to full support since you've also got the tab and shifts.
edit: i realized 1.5u supports minivan layout but i noticed other 40s kits commonly include 1.75u return. my layout may be uncommon. since this is WoB theres other 40s kits--which i guess is why it was left out?
@Pach trying to bump this and get an answer as I am basically sold on this set except for the lack of the 1.75 enter. It does seem a little strange to me since there is so much else haha.
For GMK sets, minimal 40% support is added with the following keys:
R2 1.75u Backspace
R3 1.25u Tab
R3 1.5u Enter
This is the general consensus by the community to add as few keys as possible while supporting as much as possible to keep costs down. These keys provide physical support for a majority of 40% keyboards which would not function without them, which is why an R3 1.75u Enter is not included - R3 Control/Caps Lock can be substituted for an R3 1.75u Enter.
I believe we have quite a few units on hand actually, but they all have the issue with the flipped F4 key. Right now we're waiting to get more info from GMK on the replacement keys, but the plan is to wait until the fixed F4's arrive so we can ship them together. I'll update once we have more details.
