Can’t get my Toslink optical cable to work on 192khz there’s and way to reset my SDAC-B I’m using a mid 14 call Apple and supposed to work I’m using a audio quest cinnamon which supports 192 kHz
Same here 192 kHz doesn’t output sound at all.
Looks like optical can only put out 24/96kHz. Just going by what someone down on the posts said. I'm only able to get 96kHz also even though my computer also shows 192kHz available.
Early production I guess wounder if they will have a software update and my usb 2 stop taking in 384 kHz
f the toslink I was using AudioQuest cinnamon optical cable with monster optical adapter I tried monster cable same thing?? I’m waiting on 2 AudioQuest adapter
I was just contact by support after contacting them, the support engineers are only open during the week, but they already offered to replace it. If I go with the replacement option what are the percentage of the units not effected by this issue or is this an issue with my hardware only.
They offer a replacement for me but I have to ship the old one first unfair if you pre-order and got the SDAC late now it’ll probably be next month I receive a replacement the return shipping is ups ground and this is not my first purchase
I got it to work with AudioQuest cinnamon cable with AudioQuest adapter note these are very pricey but worth it when switching from 96khz have pushed the button in and out it’s all about the quality of the cable an adapter
I just got it and trying to figure out how to make Optical input to work. I run the cable from my PC (Realtek HD aduio)... Other than that using the USB it sounds incredible!
I just want to know how’s it going gotten it to work
