It's pretty good
it's sound good when is connect to iPhone 13 ,but can't connect to soundID .But the fiting not so good when I walk the dogs or walk around at work it's easily come loose .I try everything that come with .still not fit probally while moving around.i still prefer my headphone more because is louder .I wish is louder but it is what it is it's a blue tooth IEM.

LapleyMake sure you're trying to connect to "Drop TWS1X", I was having problems connecting but realized I was trying to pair with the wrong device type.

LapleyIf you still have troubles trying to connect to SoundID, please try this:
- Download latest SoundID app (currently 4.2.7 on iOS)
- Forget/unpair headphones from your phone
- Pair headphones to phone again
- Come back to SoundID app and try to update again within 60 seconds after pairing

LapleyYou need to connect both bluetooth interfaces... if you enter bluetooth settings on the iphone you will see 2 TSW1X in your list. It's not really intuitive, but that's how it works...
Also, for the update it's recommended to play something because that way it'll keep it connected.

LapleyHave you tried to uninstall the app completely and then re-download from App Store again? Does that help?

LapleyConnect it with the app and there should appear the 2 Bluetooth interfaces in your Bluetooth options. I'm also with an iphone 13.
Edit: just discovered that it's only in the quick bluetooth configuration, not the full config.
