My right earbud stopped to work today. It's fully charged and I tried the troubleshoot (forget device and reset and put back on the case) but is still not working, plus ANC never worked since I got them (back in January). My main concern is with the right bud that doesn't work at all
JroalANC didn’t work at all? Did you contact Drop about a warranty exchange?
