I dropped my left pair of TWS1X to the ground from the height of 1 metre, and it somehow breaks the ANC mode (Left pair ANC On will cause the audio to be very bassy, and the sub-bass lingers just out of control). Any idea if I can do anything about this? Else it's considered broken :(

VeNoMsLaYeR93Hmm, that’s very unusual… seems like you are describing issues with software settings, and probably not related to the accident? Easiest thing to try first would be making sure both the left and right earpieces are in the same ANC mode… try switching on and off NAR mode (3s hold on left ear) and ANC on and off (1s hold on left ear) a few times. If ANC or transparency mode is changed on one earpiece while the other earpiece is sleeping in the case or otherwise “off,” or perhaps out of Bluetooth range of eachother, the two earpieces can sound different from eachother next time you use both. I didn’t pay particular attention to the pattern I used to get them both in the same mode (I purposefully got their modes out of sync in my sample once), but I was able to get them back in sync after a minute or two of trying different patterns. The headphones remember which mode you were using last, so think of each command as a toggle. I imagine if you have one earpiece in ANC mode and the other in ANC+NAR, a 1s hold on the left earpiece touch area would then send the command to turn ANC off on both earpieces, then a tap on the left earpiece would put both into Transparency mode (at this point it would only remember the current “Transparent” mode and previous “ANC Off” mode), and then hold for 3 seconds on the left ear, it should activate both ANC and NAR for both earpieces, and now that they’re in sync you should probably be able to get them into whatever mode you want. ANC mode does sound more bassy than Transparent mode, because in ANC the bass isn’t masked by the playback of the noise around you in real life. You could also try resetting your SoundID profile and uploading a fresh new one, or turning SoundID off to hear the default grell tuning. Hope this helps!
