How about a quality set of closed-back headphones with a headset? Office workers out there or those working at home in a noisy environment need a closed back to filter out the noise when on teams calls etc....

ben_hendyCheck out mod mics, you can turn any headphone you have into a headset without attaching anything permanently. Antlion Audio sells wired and Bluetooth options.
ben_hendytheres mod mics including some BT ones, but theres also some good ole headset options like the beyer dynamic mmx300 https://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/mmx-300.html i have a pair of the 1st gen mmx-300 and theyre very good. theyre the same as the dt 770 but with a mic. they are great headphones first and a great headset second. looks like they just released some lower priced options too (mmx100 and 150), but i cant speak to the quality of those as i havent used them personally. the latest mmx300 are the 2nd or 3rd gen, not sure what all has changed but id assume theyre as good now as mine i got 10 years ago or so. hopefully a bit better. they also have the manufaktur version where you can customize some colors, ohms, engrave them and put images on the ear cups. theyre doing 20% off on the manufaktur ones now too, making them about same price custom as the stock ones too. https://europe.beyerdynamic.com/https://emersya.com/en/app/arl48p790e-1.html?nosto=product-compare-mmx-nohistory a pair of mmx300 with a shiit fulla2 would be a pretty great little setup for the price, if its in the budget. personally, i am using jabra evolve2 85s for my work calls/meetings and theyre pretty good. i got these just to have the wireless part and because they integrate with several apps like teams, zoom, etc. they wont do quite as well for music, but even there they are not too bad at all and i have a nice speaker setup and several pairs of headphones specifically for that already. the hear through function on them is nice too if you want to hear a little bit of sound around you. BD also makes some wireless/bt options like the Amiron, but i couldnt get it to pair up with my computer correctly to use as a headset even though it has mics built in. they sounded great for music, but apparently not really made to be a headset the same was as the mmx300's or jabras. i could just be an idiot too. but for the price of those they should have worked better, and been louder too. because i like loud.

radpoodleThanks for the responses! Given me some homework to do....
ben_hendyno problem! and good luck, theres quite a few options out there when you start digging in. between gaming and so many working from home the market has changed nicely over the last couple of years, seems far more options these days. the mmx300 i got so long ago were super rare being what they were, hardly any competition in the category from what i can remember. i recommend buy everything you can to test and abuse return policies until you find the right one for you.
