Heavyboxeryou should check with folks at headfi.org or reddit, maybe someone can help you to fix it yourself...i guess i should take care of them like a baby when i get my pair :/

blazer39I took good care of it and it still did this to me.
It was a loose screw, and i tightened ALL of them so now it swivels only with a lot of effort.
Still, would've expected more... :(

I got these delivered a few days ago, after spending over 20 days in Germany (or wherever else, as what 3 different DHL personnel told me over the phone)
It took less than 24 hours once it reach Korean shores to reach my doorstep. This is such a poor and lousy system! I would gladly pay more money to make sure my items are tracked accurately, and shorter shipping times.
The product itself is fine, and even gives off a certain premium feel, having plastic inserts (granted it's vacumm formed and not injection molded) in the box to make sure things do not shift.
Also, I received the product with scuff marks near the plugs of the cans. Not enough to warrant a return (not waiting another month for shipping) but it's not that nice to see when you first get it.
(Photos don't show exactly how much was scratched, as it requires light to be reflected at certain angles)
In any case, I have been listening to these for hours everyday to get a good feel of the cans, and I will write my review of these compared to the 6xx in a few days on the review section.
