jeremy0719It's a very common hifiman problem. That's why I stopped buying hifiman completely. You're lucky this is only $180ish. Mine was $3000. Why do people still buy hifiman...I just don't get it.

OmBomSame story as @jeremy0719. Mine arrived on Monday. Woke up to the same defect on Friday. I did not heed others' warnings and now have to deal with the disappointment and an annoying return process!

phosfiendi repaired it with a screwdriver. make sure you didn't lose the ring cushion. i guess you need to occasionally tight it.

jeremy0719The threaded insert does not appear to be screw in. Are you talking about the screw that screws into the threaded insert?
