I ordered mine back in April (17th). Its June. Support ignores all of my inquiries and the order is nowhere to be seen. Last update in the tracking was back in April (22nd).

This has nothing to do with Drop. These ship out of China and depending where you are located, shipping was completely suspended for items leaving China via Air to almost everywhere in the world for quite some time. Some countries were able to receive items sooner than others due to Coronavirus related issues.
I have some packages that I have been waiting on for 2+ months from Japan from other retailers and I just finally received one this week. This is out of Drop's control as most packages were being held at postal distribution centres and there is a massive backlog.
I agree with you , my heart goes to companies that relay on e-commerce. My beef is with their support. They ignore my inquiries, and when they do respond, they send you a generic message that doesn’t provide any help or peace of mind.

I do order stuff occasionally from China to Southeast Asia, most arrive within 2 weeks. Just received a package today as well. There are some sellers who do not ship early but those that do usually arrive quite quickly.
My HE4XX has been on The item is pre-advised to PostNL for 5 days and The item is ready for shipment for 3 days. No movement yet today. Well hopefully it will arrive within next few weeks lol
Thank you for the heads up, I'm not buying it ever.
Or just, you know, wait. Yeah, months is a long damn time, but I have a feeling it'll be worth it!
Or, it might never arrive, there is no guarantee.
