Hey release-day-joiners! Many of you are probably shocked that you have a tracking number- we are too! It looks like the warehouse received, and repackaged and shipped these in record time. Which... is both good and bad. Mostly good, but the problem is that the expedited shipping (which we have to manually adjust on a per-order basis) didn't get done because these weren't supposed to ship so soon! Ultimately Fedex smartpost, shipping today, will likely get to your house before the expedited shipment on Nov 6th (as promised). But, we still feel bad for the mistake, so everyone who joined on Oct 28th will get a $10 credit. (The credit will hit your account in the next 24 hours). Can't wait to hear your thoughts and impressions on your new cans! PS- we have 96 units left in inventory as of this moment, ordering today, we'll be shipping more or less immediately.

KevinThis wouldn't be so bad if y'all didn't use SmartPost for shipping. I guess if these cans have any vibration or impact related defects, we'll know. That transition from the FedEx network to USPS is brutal on packages.

KevinI didn't expect them to ship until Nov 6 anyway -- I think the $10 credit is a nice thing to give us to make up for the lack of 2-day shipping for those of who ordered on launch day, I'll take it! :) I did wonder about the early shipping notification.

FayneI'm bummed out too, I was looking forward to getting them quickly. And yes, smartpost sucks, I hope they are well packed! I'd prefer a $10 refund, but whatever. I appreciate the thought though :)

KevinI had the option to pay $5 for expedited shipping, so I did. Mine were sent FedEx International Economy, since I'm in PR. FedEx shows they were shipped yesterday and are arriving tomorrow! EDIT: It's 1622 of the next day; still at home waiting for FedEx and the gym closes in an hour and a half. Ugh, gonna have to work out with the little weights I got in the house. Not the same vibe! 😒

eliraYep, that's about right... Shipping Fedex 2-day (as we had planned) on Friday Nov 6th, would have arrived on Tuesday Nov 10th. Instead, we shipped Fedex Smartpost on Nov 2nd, and it'll get to most people on/before Wed Nov 11th. So overall it's better for most people (east coast), same/slightly worse for some (west coast). Apologies, but overall it's not too bad of a situation to be in- not to mention the credit that was given out.

KevinMine is estimated arrival of Nov15. I am in Portland, OR. Thats ~2weeks. Or only ~1week late based off original pre-order shipping promotion.

KevinShipped on the second, but showing delivery date of the 11th now. 9 days seems long for delivery.
