With a name like Holy Panda, these switches had to be epic. Made with stems from Halo Clears or Halo Trues, with the housing found on Invyr Panda switches, Holy Panda switches combine the best of two worlds. The result is a snappy, tactile switch that is satisfying to type on. This time around we won't be pre-lubing the switches. As the original tooling is too damaged to make a new run, this batch will be made with updated tooling. It’s also worth noting that due to the opaque housing, they won’t let as much per-switch lighting through as some switches.
Like a little metal briefcase on your keychain, this two-in-one aluminum switch opener goes anywhere you go in style. Secured by magnets, it has two sides: one for Cherry MX switches, the other for Kailh BOX switches. To open a switch, just press it into the prongs on the corresponding side and watch as it opens up.
Take your PCBA one step closer to a completed board with a set of Panda Gold-Plated Stabilizers from Everglide. True to their name, these stabilizers feature gold-plated alloy wires, which have superior hardness and oxidation resistance compared to traditional metal wires. The stabilizers themselves are made from a lightweight and durable polymer and manufactured in a high-precision mold to minimize noise when typing.
Strong, smooth, and see-through, Everglide’s first stabilizer set was a big hit in the mech keys community. Now, the second generation has arrived with updated housings and two additional colorways. Like their predecessors, the V2 stabilizers work with MX-compatible PCBs and drastically reduce typing noise. Where they improve on the first generation’s design is in their pop-out resistance: each stabilizer features updated housings that do an even better job staying put during custom builds. Gold plating provides excellent hardness and oxidation resistance, while colorful components add extra flair to any board. With "pre-clipped” inserts to eliminate the need for feet clipping, plus specially shaped outer casings to prevent threads from stripping, these stabilizers are ready for easy installation and sustained use.
When it comes to mechanical keyboards, half the fun is swapping switches, keycaps, and components. Hotswappable keyboards are convenient ways to audition new switch types without the need to solder, but some PCBs have really stiff sockets and pins—so having a high-quality switch puller can save you a lot of time and effort. This high-quality puller from LOOP has a rubber coating for grippability and comfort, meaning you won’t have to worry about stiffness when pulling lots of switches. And the hooked, inward-curving claws reach safely and snugly around your hot-swappable or desoldered switches to give you leverage without doing damage.
