I'm seriously considering these, just by looking at graphs these seem to be spot on frequency response wise. Anyone with a pre-production unit able to compare these to the Moondrop Kanas Pro? I'm going with either those or these JVCs, and they have a very similar frequency response on Crinacle's graphs.

achelgesonWhile I no longer own them, I’ve previously owned the Kanas Pro and Tanchjim Oxygen, which are very similar to each other with minor variations (with my preference for Oxygen over Kanas Pro). Both the KP and Oxygen can sound too thin, particularly the Kanas Pro, which can also sound a little disjointed and uneven down low (but has really nice treble). The FDX1 just sounds more lifelike and dynamic overall. Percussion impact, decay and nuance of timbre sounds really fantastic with the JVC. I never find myself wishing for more note weight with the FDX1. The KP and Oxygen are nice IEMs but for me, the JVC is a clearly on another level.

shotgunshaneYep, I second the Kanas Pro (and recommend the $30 Crescent instead). Don't know the Oxygen but the excellent Blon BL-03 were tuned by the same guy and sport the same driver.

achelgesonMoondrop Kanas Pro are unbalanced earphones with thin mids. No comparison. The JVCs are much better.
