Just here to point out it's 1/12/23. The ship date above was a week ago. No updates. No apologies. Wrote support just to be told to look at the ship date on this page. Apparently that agent didn't READ my question or come to this page themselves to see we're a week over when these were supposed to go out. I was given the same boilerplate "warehouse issues" without ANY offer of explanation or promise of ship date.
