Not to sound like a complete a**hole, but the one thing I really hate about Drop: Telling me that something has shipped and it hasn't. I get it: Covid-19 and the world is going to hell in a hand basket. However, why send me an email that the knife has shipped when in fact the shipping label was created nine days ago and it still isn't in the system? Why bother? Just tell us everything is delayed and we'll get it when we get it. Jeez people.
