Hi everyone,
After numerous requests from the community to create an ALT like carrying case for CTRL and other keyboards, we present to you the Large Soft Carrying Case. One of the key points that we made sure we worked on for this case was its compatibility with various sizes. This carrying case will fit the ENTR, CTRL (hi and low profile), and SHIFT keyboards.
Also, it'll fit any other keyboard that is sized between the ENTR and the SHIFT boards - aka most 75% and TKL keyboards will fit. For full-size keyboards, please measure your keyboard and refer to the case dimensions on the page.
I have tested it with the SHIFT and it works well. I'll take a picture for you later and share it here.
For SHIFT High-Profile, this case is not recommended.
It was pretty poorly communicated. There was an email back in November telling you it was active for the smaller ALT case, but there's no way to see it in your account, there was no notification that the larger case was ready to order. I only found out when I was just flipping through the shop page one day, and if I hadn't remembered the coupon offer I wouldn't have looked at the discussion to figure out what is happening. The only way to see the coupon before ordering is to add your product to the cart.
The communication here is unacceptably poor. I wasn't happy with the response I got on this issue either. I know the delays were unavoidable but it seems like this is being treated more like a hassle to Drop than a gesture of goodwill for sticking with the order.
