Any chance that there's a digital version of the user manual out there? This desk has been working fine for me, so I threw mine out. Recently moved and reassembled the desk, and now it won't reach the max standing height.
DurielWell you could be like me, wait for 8 months, pay for the drop, not have it ship, ask where it is and be told your keycaps are on the way :| let them know that desks are not keycaps and eventually be told "oh yeah, we don't have enough of those but here is 10 dollars". I miss the old Massdrop.
Little4RealUgh - I missed it. I guess the "Request" button doesn't notify you when it's back in stock? Bought one of these last year and quite happy! Wish I had bought two.
Finally built mine this afternoon and was very excited about using it but ran into E06 error upon first trying to lift the desk. When trying to do a reset, I then run into an E1. Anyone ran into this and was able to resolve this?
I just received my base yesterday and assembled it last night. I have a 98" Karlby desktop (87lbs), 2 x 27inch monitors (36.6lbs), and a dual monitor arm (11.6lbs) on my desk (135.2lbs).
The stand goes up as expected. However, on the way down, the desk begins to wobble a bit and after about a 5-10 drop, I get an E02 error. Based on the manual, I take found this to be an overload protection thing. I have found that I can bring it down in increments under 5 and the E02 doesn't occur.
What is going on here? Is it because the desk is too wide? Am I not accounting for some weight somewhere? Would cutting the desktop down by 24" help resolve this?
