Since the elven kit is basically a TKL set, can we get a numpad kit that is dedicated for elven printing too? :D
I would like tokyo60 coverage. 2 * 1U R4, 2 * 1.5U R4 and a 1.75U R4 key would do it. Then I'd just order the 7U space bar kit. For the love of @tokyocoffeenerd you could do it @matt3o
This would be nice since I plan to get the Kira 96 board. Plus it would be interesting to see what elven numbers look like.
I imagine the number are just like the signs that are in place of 1 2 3 4 .. for the alphanumerical kit. but still it would be cool to have
I found this on google for elven numbers. Interesting:
It’s missing 0 since the number 36 looks like a ring or 0.
ETA: you’re right. It is on the base already. They can just use the numbers already in the set. Just a couple modifiers for the numpad and @matt3o would be set.
I saw this for numerals earlier
Yeah would be nice to have elven for the compatibility kits too! That or an alphas-only kit.
elves count on base-12, a base-10 numpad would be useless to them. #nerd :P
Interesting. Elven writing almost looks like some form of San script.
Thanks for the nerdy details. Now I won’t feel bad using the regular numpad kit in conjunction to the Elven kit if I change out to a bigger board.
