I prefer having my keys labelled, that includes the non-alphanumeric keys which aren't the normal size on an ergodox. Getting an ortholinear kit would label the alphanumeric keys but not the rest. The /dev/tty3 kit did this right.
Then don't buy it, it doesn't have what you want. I personally really like that it doesn't have printed non-alphanumerics. I've never seen a set with printed ergodox non-alphanumerics that resemble anything like how I like to set up my layout. Some kind of compromise has to be made to given that there is no standard ergodox layout. This is a reasonable one that will make some people happy, but obviously not everyone. Like every compromise.
Very nice ! I wanted an MT3 set for a while, and with the turquoise accent these look just like what I was looking for :)
I pre-ordered one, but strangely I can't find a trace of that on my account. Is this normal or did it fail ?
Also, does anyone know what the keyboard cases are on pictures #2 and #4 and where to find them ?
Are the spacebars of the ortho set concave or at least flat?
Same question for the ortho accents and ortho set. Are the R5 keys with the opposite curvature? I have opposable thumbs you know?
I disagree, they are quite uncomfortable. What I did was just to flip them and I have been looking for flat or concave replacements since ...
I also have an angled case BTW.
Hey, are these modifiers etc a true black (like the MT3 white on black set, for example), or a real dark drey/slate colour? I find it hard to decide from the renders.
I'm looking to use the 2u spacebar from the red ortho accent kit as a 2u left shift on a board that's otherwise filled out with Susuwatari. Are the red accent keys in 3277 a similar red to the Susuwatari extras?
