Why does the ortho kit use R4 for the bottom row instead of the flat R5 bottom row like the original drop? I doubt that other ortho users would like to constantly grind on the upturned bottom edge of an R4 bottom row. EDIT: I now consider this critical failure. I have verified that MT3 R4 key hits the corner of the OLKB high-profile case. The only reason to use R4 would be to save on not having to make a flat row profile, but give what a bad idea R4 bottom row seems to be, it would be better to have a home-row instead (which is far from ideal).

rudbearThanks for calling that out. I'll have to pass. R4 on /dev/tty is super sharp. I ended up flipping some 180 while I was testing on my Atreus. That works great if you're okay with using some extra symbol-esque mods for the purpose, but the bottom row in this ortho isn't going to look great.

jamisnemo@YanboWu Any hope that it could be corrected?

rudbearI have the same concern with the bottom row.. al least with the keys that are used with the thumbs... Unfortunately those borders make them unusable for me :(

rudbear@YanboWu Could you comment on the angled bottom row? It would legitimately almost be better to re-purpose the FN row from another kit over having the sharp edge of it dig into your thumbs.

rudbear@YanboWu. A number of users on the OLKB subreddit also had the same question. I hate to spam like this, but it's a difference that makes the product almost unusable and I don't want ortho keycap sets to suffer because of a lack of clarity.
