Order arrived at customs clearance on Aug 22, 2020
Fast forward to today, have not received package.
Called customs today, to which they told me they did receive the package on Aug 22, 2020, but Drop provided the wrong phone number (1 digit missing).
This caused the customs to be unable to contact me nor verify the shipping details and customs duties.
After attempting to contact Drop multiple times and providing a rather forgiving deadline (till 29th Sept 2020), customs received NO REPLIES from Drop.
I just got confirmation that customs dropped my package on Sept 29, 2020 and is now unrecoverable.
My question is this:
I have not changed anything in my profile since my first shipment (Holy pandas) which were pretty decently handled. How Drop screwed this up is beyond unbelievable.
I've since submitted a ticket to customer support, and expect Drop to handle this professionally.
Any luck? Drop has some of the worst customer service, worse than aliexpress.
[Nov 2, 0202] Drop CS has replied and resent the package. Waiting on customs to clear and will post new updates as I get them.
