Why is "Ate" present instead of "Eat" in the yummy mods? Every other mod is either present-tense ("I will chomp or slice the banana"), a noun ("I will eat the banana") or both ("I will peel the banana and throw away the peel). "Ate" is neither of these, but "Eat" is present-tense and would fit better with this set. I think Ate sticks out in a bad way.
I don't like this particular legend, but I otherwise like the kit.
So, 90s beige that has suffered years of UV damage.
I still have plenty of lab equipment that shares the same unwanted color palette.
The slices and mods are pretty cool though.
The photos of the physical keycaps (what I assume are PVT samples), on my relatively colour accurate monitor at least, shows very little difference between the alphas and mods, since you have the samples, are these photos accurate?
Ares78I didn't even notice that the mods are a different color than the alphas at first, but I did after flipping through a few photos. I think that the black keyboards emphasize the contrast between the yellow of the keys and the black of the case so much that the subtle difference between alphas and mods is not as obvious. The few photos in a light keyboard case show the difference between alphas and mods better.
