Awesome set mate. Gonna roll with Columbia on this one. Armstrong looks dope af but I question my ability to figure out where all the themed legends keys would go all the time, also I personally prefer that more traditional aesthetic over the classic colorway. Although I get why Armstrong is the more popular choice. Regardless great work man keep turning out these bangers.

My GB order hasn't been shipped yet, but the extras have started. DROP says over 42% shipped on Jan 14, When will mine be shipped?

That's how literally every business operate, people buy products, warehouse ships until the 0% shipped becomes 100%, you just have to wait. There's zero correlation between selling extra kits and shipping orders, those are two independent process that can happen at the same time. Pre-orders obviously have priority in shipping, and the warehouse is working on it, last time we were told they were at 42%. Stop this stupid hate and appreciate the things that Drop is making for everyone to enjoy. Drop hold its customers in extremely high regard, you can just return the set if you are unhappy with the colors for example, unlike other "vendors" (read clowns) deceiving people with renders and shipping mediocre kits as finished products to make a buck. And that's just one example among hundreds of things that Drop does in the backstage to make majority of people happy.

There is zero correlation between Drop selling extra kits and shipping pre-orders, like you said yourself the warehouse is currently shipping pre-orders and they shipped 42% so far. The warehouse is not a machine that ships from 0 to 100% instantly, shipping orders is a process, like any other business, until the 42% becomes 100%. Meanwhile, extra kits are getting sold for people who missed the drop, to be shipped later as the Details date indicate. > When will mine be shipped? I don't know, I am the designer of the product and do not work for Drop's warehouse. You'll have to wait until your order ship to your address, like ~40% of the participants are doing. Looks to me that you are anxious, so just be patient. Which doesn't mean people who missed the drop can't sign up for extras to be shipped at a later date.

I believe drop won't be shipping these for a couple weeks do to back log in the warehouse. So, i assume yours and many others will ship in that timeframe and extras will ship after. Edit:Spelling

Drop has made mistakes like any other business like with the holy panda saga but their customer service is top notch and at least with drop Gmk sets they have more than enough extras that we even have a chance to buy them as compared to other vendors running Gmk sets that disappear in minutes mate. Gotta appreciate what they’re doing.

I agree, also sets like GMK Taro r2 extras sold out in seconds not mins, unless you have like the fastest net in the world or some advanced bot they were gone before I even had a chance to add to cart, let alone the Olivia++ extras they released on black friday, that was a bloodbath.

Exactly man. Just cause of the Hp fake Pom saga people are jumping on the bandwagon to hate drop even tho drop dealt with that as best as they could offering full refunds and what not even for shipped items. I tried for Gmk matrix extras on Ilumkb and that was gone in seconds as well.

Mito, I love your work and commitment to your patrons, but please name one other vendor that sells extras when they haven't shipped the GB orders. It's insulting that someone who just learned about the set gets an extra in their hands while those of us who have waited months in anticipation don't even have a date of shipment. It's a slap in the face. I know drop has been good to you and I know you are quick to defend them. I'm not saying drop hasn't made good on situations either (I'm no hater), but this is dumb.

They get to secure extras. Not that they get extras before the gb orders are sent out. So many vendors do it. Go do some research. Check mech supply for example with dsa vilebloom and sa dream eater right now if you want. They even put it there with their gb shipping status not 100% fulfilled. There’s a diff between securing a spot for extras and getting it delivered before the gb sets.

Folks who have bought extras have already gotten shipping confirmation. That's the only reason that I replied in this thread. I have no photographic evidence, just anecdotes (Merlin's last GB overview stream for instance and from this site: https://drop.com/talk/68701/talk/2767102?utm_source=linkshare&referer=EXMFHM). If these extras are akin to the post GB "pre-orders" found on other sites such as Kono, that's fine. However, most vendors don't publish the pages for the "extras" which are an in stock, ready to ship product, until all GB orders are shipped so this seemed off. I'm also realizing that you were the one to say extras and not the product page itself.

Except he never bought Godspeed. I already said that group buy orders are shipping, the key cap set is here in stock for anyone to buy (with short wait time but a higher price tag versus the discounted group buy price and long wait time). Group buy orders should be shipping first and that's what I was told the warehouse is doing. There's zero reason for the vendor to sit on stock on a product that the market wants to buy, as long as it can be shipped reliably, which they are doing. Please just stop complaining to me, speculating, and bringing examples u, wait for your set to be shipped like a share of people is doing, if you don't want to wait you can just go ahead and cancel your order, I'm not going to keep arguing with you. I am the creative person behind the product not a customer service/warehouse/logistics employee, if you want to have a discussion about that with somebody open a ticket with the competent part. I have zero control over this.

let it go bro. companies as big as drop dont sit on stock. theres many things moving and only so much warehouse space to store stock. stock needs to keep moving not sit around waiting for group buys to deliver first. complaining will changing nothing. you bought your set and it will be delivered to you. simple as that.

I think something is being lost in internet translation. I brought up a concern which you responded to. I responded with the basis for my claim/grievance to explain myself (without vitriol or malice) which you were able to debunk. We have no quarrel. You explained the circumstances that were not clear to me (and challenged the lies of others) and I appreciate it. I know you are not the vendor, and I have no intention of holding you responsible for any of the fulfillment or any dissatisfaction on my part (nor did I ever claim to). I also have no issue with waiting for GB delivery (I'm still waiting on my Xeno without complaint almost two years past the expected shipping timeframe, lol). If you felt this was a typical internet flame out, I apologise, as I'm sure it is the norm these days. Thanks for the conversation.
