Hey everyone, Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the tardiness in announcing the GMK Laser delay. We announced a delay to all GMK Keycap sets back on September 20th, 2020 here: https://drop.com/talk/54185/gmk-keycap-shipment-delays . This was supposed to go to all affected products, but it appears that GMK Laser was inadvertently missed. Here's an example of the announcement for GMK Kaiju, and GMK Belafonte and GMK Blue Samurai. A representative from GMK, GMK_Andy is around in the thread and has offered to answer questions regarding their manufacturing delays. Since then we have consolidated our delay announcements to a single thread (Dated Dec 3rd), linked at the top of this discussion post. Also as of yesterday (12/13), Germany announced full lockdowns across the country, this will most likely delay production further, but the extent is still entirely unknown. We're doing our best to stay in touch with GMK and get visibility into their production, but please understand that at this time, manufacturing and shipping operations are extremely volatile. If you're dissatisfied with these delays, we welcome you to cancel your order in the "My Transactions" section of the site.

KevinIf it gives anybody an idea... I ordered my DMG keycaps around this time last year and just got them very recently. So probably a year from when you ordered tops lol.

KevinHi @Kevin, I hate reaching out for something like this, I have a small issue where I need to change shipping address as I recently move to back to Hong Kong, but the website itself have this glitch in which country selection won't load, hence I contact the support team. But base on my conversation with them, they are poorly trained in resolving even the most basic task. FIrst I send them the new address, in which they said they can't find postal code, so I explained to them that they don't use postal code. Then they said they can't find the province, in which I send a screenshot of how I want the address to look like based on the "address section" from my profile. After a few days, I see that the change didn't take place, so I send in another ticket, answered by the same agent. This time she explained that the item is out of stock, even though it is a group buy item. All I want is to simply change my address, why does Drop make it so difficult for me?
