Although communication for this drop hasn't been very good, I'd like to thank you all for the patience and understanding so far. I wish I could have done more and gave you precise dates but this aspect of logistics is beyond me, the best I can do is relay information. Last time I checked, I was told that preparations are moving and I guess the stutter is due to a combination of Holidays and teams having issues to communicate with each other. I am disappointed that you didn't receive the sets last week as it would have had been a nice Christmas surprise... And also disappointed that updates have been lacking or non-existent at all, this is so frustrating and a chronic issue... Back to relaying information, this situation made me think that perhaps you participants would have felt more comfortable in the past couple of months if I had given you guys myself tiny bits of news from my end every week or something like bi-weekly - even if the news is "not news for this week my friends" or something like "packaging finished", "colors getting reviewed and analyzed" or even "reviewing files for manufacturing". If I can't get you precise and exciting delivery news, at least I can do something from the workflow aspect on my own. This realization has driven me to focus again on a step of my workflow I shelved for a while, but I will be finishing it so we can be more in touch with each other. It will be launched early 2020 and I think it will be great. It is going to be one of the things I will be more focused for the upcoming seasons - getting more communicative with you since Drop has been struggling in regards of "Community Updates". Again thank you very much for the support and patience so far, you are appreciated and I care a lot about you. I wish you all a great New Year, here's hoping that packages start going out and that you enjoy the keycaps in the end.

I really appreciate this. Thank you for being totally transparent and for being open enough to providing updates (even if there is nothing to update). It's helpful in itself to know there is someone in between the consumer and manufacturer that cares.

This is the last time I purchase through Drop. Absolutely pathetic. Problems happen, delays occur. A lack of communication is not acceptable. I do not tolerate this level of incompetence and disrespect at work and I sure as hell will not accept it in my personal life. You should reconsider your business relationship with Drop.
