Love the look, but the fit on stabilizers is an issue
I think this was one of the first MT3 sets I bought. I think I also got Dasher during the first BOGO Free sale I caught. I do love the aesthetic and have these caps on a transluscent Purple Case Portico 75. That very fun, 90s aesthetic is fun to show off to people. But I have had issues with fit over C3 Equalz stabilizers. I had to do the mod of putting Saran wrap on the stabilizer stems to get the modifier keys to fit correctly. And maybe this is just me, but there does sound like there is slightly more hollowness to this set compared to other MT3 sets I have used before. Could be imagining that. Finally, I really do with Drop would consolidate and put the numpads in with these sets. I don't imagine things changing on that front, but I thought I would mention it. With this set being one of the more expensive base kit options, it's a little hard to swallow when not relying on a sale. But when there is one of those BOGO Free sales, I think it's a good option to jump on if you know you have a keyboard to match it. I think a purple or bright yellow keyboard would go best given the base color.
Must have if you have the base set and a full sized
This is an amazing looking set. Already having the base set I knew what to expect and that’s exactly what I got. Same high quality double shot ABS you can expect from Drop.
Love this set. It's my first ABS set and I was worried about shine but after couple of weeks of use I really don't notice any of that. Also my first MT3 set, it's hella comfortable to type on, fingers kinda fall in place on their own.
Great colors, great feel - big recommend.
These are pretty standard, high quality keycaps -- which says a lot about how good keycaps are these days. They're durable, feel good, and they've lasted just fine. If you like the color scheme, you'll be happy. I like the color scheme. I'm happy.
