We have an update on your Massdrop x MiTo MT3 Godspeed Custom Keycap Set. The team is wrapping up final quality control checks for the following keycap kits:
8 Apollo Micons, 8 Apollo Numpad, 1 Exotic, 34 Ares Ortho, 1 Apollo Ergo, 8 Ares Ergo, 1 UK, 8 Colevrak, 44 Novelties, and 200 Space Race.
For the above-mentioned kits, we expect to ship by July 12th and you will receive an email with shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. We apologize for the additional delay. amycsGlad to hear there's an update. So if I bought novelties and alpha's, I'll receive the novelties a few days later? Or do they all get shipped at the delayed date?
amycsWe really appreciate the update, but it feels unfortunate that we had to wait until one day before the expected shipping date for an official update. I think the site would benefit from having an update or timeline tab on the drop, with weekly updates even if the content is "Still waiting on the factory" or some other non-update. Constant communication helps reduce rumors and confusion about delays.
amycsJust so I'm understanding, are you saying specific kits within the bulk kits are needing to be remade? ie: 44 of the 1191 purchased novelty kits will be delayed?
ChaffreeSince they named specific kits and quantities it sounds like they are just behind on doing QC and need another couple of weeks to finish up checking all the kits for defects.
amycsI assume for orders that included these delayed kits but also had kits that were not delayed, that the whole shipment would be delayed and not sent in parts, right?
amycsHello @amycs . There were severe quality issues with my order. I received swift response and was sent replacement kits. They still have not arrived. I have contact support via email and after the excellent customer service from before I am now being dismissed by a certain David Q. Could you please help and ensure a statisfactory solution is reached?
