MiToCan you ask Drop to work on their shipping? It takes a month to get my stuff and thats ridiculous. In the time it took for my Noctua caps to arrive, I had packages arriving from china, england, korea, australia and all over the mainland US. All ordered AFTER my Noctua set shipped. Theres no reason it should take a month to get keycaps through the post

I saw the keycaps being showcased at computex so hopefully. I didn't get the base kit yet because there's no point if the numpad kit wasn't in stock too (I have a 100% keyboard and require the numpad). Now even the base kit is oos. I am not sure why it's so hard to keep these sort of things in stock, there is clearly demand. But yeah, we should contact them. I love the style of the noctua keycaps and hope I can snag this set.

Garca9That was smart! Unfortunately, I got the whole package, not even realizing the numpad keycaps weren't included. Maybe it's an intentional thing; artificial scarcity? But it's probably just not on their radar for some reason. (I agree: there's plenty of demand to be worth a limited restock.) I even emailed them offering to find people willing to buy, because I don't think they'll do anything unless there's concentrated and coordinated customer requests for them. Definitely! I recommend getting as many people to contact them as possible; they just won't act unless we prompt them to.

Could someone please give us an estimated time the numpad caps will be available again? (Or at lease tell us its not happening if it isn't.) Some of us have everything but the numpad waiting to complete a build.
