Welcome to the inaugural drop for the Project Mythos! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purpose: Offer to our community a series of affordable PBT keycap set designs - in various colorways and themes - using Greek mythology storytelling as the background. The first chapter of this project is about Pegasus, or in Portuguese - Pegaso.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Mitocorn kit: This kit has no direct relation to the legend of Pegasus itself, but it can be done in the context of inexpensive high quality PBT and there was a large amount of requests for it. So I adapted the logo I made for the Pegasus (horse and wing) and included the iconic horn to the design - so we have a winged unicorn logo and the usual MiTo colors (purple, pink and cyan) in the kit.

t.d.yThe coverage and versatility of the base kits I plan to offer, materials used and technical specs chosen - these are some of the considerations I made that ultimately made this an affordable product, given what we have available for purchase at this point in time in the market. Similar kits designed with other philosophies and specs can easily reach upwards $100 USD and very frequently way more than that.

radmedovPerhaps you missed this detail but the Base (Pegaso and Mitocorn) both already cover popular Ortho layouts.

AdrianManY, it would compliment many keybord with non standard bottom row. Maybe as an option in the spacebar kit? the base kit already includes most of the non standard bottom rows keys usually used to accomodate the 6u spacebar.

t.d.yIt's not a GMK set. Usually MiTo does GMK, which are 2x as expensive as PBT and take a long time to source.

Wyvern @t.d.y GMK is garbage. Overpriced cheap ABS plastic. Don’t understand why people so in love with GMK.

radmedovSort, Pull and other legends can work as Lower, Raise and Enter according to the Ortho community members who participated in the construction of this project. Making specific legends like you suggest would increase the size of the kit for almost nothing in return. I chose to offer unique and versatile legends, they will make the keyboard unique and also work with several keyboards. I understand if you don’t like it though.

MiToIf that’s the case then why do you add such bizarre and frankly unused 1.75u R2 backspace and 1.5u R3 lock? why “support” Planck but miss out the correct legend common keys? Heh mental. *edited out some rant about matt3o’s dev/tty weird keys*

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
