Very curious about these awesome-looking cans (paper specs). Almost every review refers to these "opening up" after hundreds of hours of burn-in. Can someone explain what "burns in" about a planar, and how they would "open up" in terms of actual, physical, scientific "burn in" on these headphones?

Audeze factory burns in their headphones by playing pink noise. these are not, owner says the diaphrahma 'flexes' or something after first 24-48Hrs.

Not all cans respond to burn in, however according to Dan himself, because the foldedish design of the driver's which is fairly unique to MrSpeakers, the folds and traces wear in giving easier movement. My CX were muffled and tinny for the first week, but now they have opened right up, and the bass has filled right in. Took about 60 hours to get to adecent place For my other Orthros, like my t50rps or He-4xx, I didn't really notice any difference after a bit of use
