LainesBKKIf Drop doesn't help, email Dan Clark Audio directly. They were super helpful in replacing my tuning pad set (my set had mismatched pads).

erickongHere a quick follow up. The whole return experience was a really bumpy ride. Finally the new replacement unit arrived today and its broken as well. Exactly same case as this post: https://drop.com/buy/drop-mrspeakers-ether-cx-closed-headphones/talk/2359504 Also the pad on the side with the deformed metal holder is totally crunched. I try to get the memory foam back to its original shape but with limit success. I managed to bend the deformed metal holder back so it almost looks normal. However at this point I'm just deeply disappointed and frustrated.
