Anyone know how often these go on sale? Looks like I just missed the most recent one by a week or so. Edit: apparently I just missed it again, but this time by a day, but Drop couldn't even leave the sale price up for even 5 days? How ridiculous.

EniGmA1987Sorry for the late reply. I've seen them go for mid $500's as "open box", but from 3rd party sellers on eBay. I don't think it's gone down to $600 here on Drop, but I vaguely remember someone mentioning (either on Reddit or head-fi, I can't remember specifically) that they'd seen the drop price as low as $649 at some point. It might have been during the black friday deals; unsure. That said, I don't know if you'll see them that cheap anytime soon.

HawaiiRThank you both for the info. I wouldn't want to buy these on ebay. I have owned an Alpha Prime and Aeon 2 open and both had a loose driver wire within 2 years of owning them that I had to send them in for repairs. Primes had right ear issue, aeons had left issue. I love the sound signature and technical capabilities of Dan, but I wouldn't want to buy a pair of his headphones without a warranty. Lol
