Does this earphone has any benefit from astrotec S60? Both have Bluetooth 5.0, Knowles BA, USB-C charging, IPX5...., but S60 is much cheaper(less than $80) in aliexpress which can take product earlier than this.

CHLiTowards the end of February 2019 Astrotec announced a 5.0 version. Not sure if it's being sold yet.

BobrazThanks for correction. The S60 is much cheaper (about $60) and has wireless charging. It seems the S60 has better value, but I'm not sure how does it sound.

CHLiI'm not a "pro" audiophile, but I'd assume the "Knowles full-range balanced armature driver" is a better driver, sounds better and is why this is more expensive?

BobrazS60 also advertised as Knowles full-range BA driver, but it may be a cheaper model. I'm considering ordering both to see the difference.

CHLiCool! Well if you do that, please keep me posted since as I said, I am not an audiophile, and I can't make a fully knowledgeable judgment all by myself... 🤔

GainasInteresting comparison. I can only provide comments from my perspective... Few high level points: Usually - and based on images I am 90% sure - off the shelf options are not good enough for us. Bluetooth 5.0 is the chipset yes but then you have lot of variables with antenna placement, firmware etc. So wireless connection quality would be one question point. Second is sound quality. Having same driver is about 40% of the picture. Chipset, physical design, tuning, dampers etc all impact on sound quality. Is the protective mesh good enough and designed right? Are the provided ear tips right for the driver? Is the volume level enough for your use? Third is microphone for call quality. Fine tuning the parameters, microphone performance, physical location and all are different. Fourth and big one is physical design. We use lot of time designing in-house. Fit and wearing comfort are key for us. We leveraged third party research where they 3D scanned over 1000 ears to find the best possible fit for an in-ear device. Fifth is battery life and battery quality. We use only tier 1 battery manufacturers. Move has up to 6h battery life (with fast charge - 15min charge 1h battery life - and extra 18h in case. The above is roughly summarized but I hope it provides at least some context on this question.

BobrazI got my S60 (2019). I used for a few hours now and can give you some first impression. Bad thing first, the wireless charging won't work on charging pad, because the metal lid will trigger the obstacle sensor and stop charging. Although my S10 can charge it, it not useful. So you can ignore this feature. The good thing is the sound quality, it's better than Galaxy buds. The clarity is similar but the bass is much better. For $60, I think the Move has a strong competitor now. And it never disconnect too, at least in the first few hours I used.
