So I have received my Move. Not much test time so far, I have listened to two albums on my Sony nwz-a17 and am having a boatload of connection issues. I am sitting down with maybe two feet between the devices and have had a ton of conn dropping issues. Going to try with my phone later on. But so far this is not any good for me. Albums later and from my one plus 6t I am still having sync issues. To the point of these not being enjoyable at all.

SofaSamuraiXPlease do a hard reset and see if that helps. Remove the earphones from the case, wait that they turn on. Turn off the earphones by pressing both buttons by about 5-7s (do not place back to charging case). When the earphones are turned off, press the buttons for about 15s until you see white LED flashing three times on each earphone. Place back to charging case for about 30s. You should see the earphones charging. Remove from charging case, right earphone first and then the left earphone. Hold close to each other within about an inch. Now the earphones will pair to each other and you should not experience any issues with the connection. Please let me know if this helped. Jyri/NuForce

JyriSo I have done this twice, and both times the right ear piece stays flashing on pairing mode. Is this normal? Should I just pair with my device? The first time I did this, the problem was still there. How long should it take to pair the right and left? Thanks for your time!
