Why is this listed twice on the update thread per Kevin's direction?: "For updates about when this product is shipping, please refer to our pre-order status update thread." First Mention(Which I'm assuming is this shipment): DROP + Redsuns GMK Red Samurai Keycap Set (Dec 2) These have arrived at JFK Airport and are currently clearing customs.  Once cleared, it’ll be 1-3 days to get them on a truck to our warehouse, and another 2-7 days to get them unpacked, counted, individually packed and shipped.  Updated estimated shipping window is Dec 7th to 11th. Second Mention(Which I'm assuming is the previous GB, but why is it listed as Dec 2 also? I thought those were already shipped to people.): DROP + Redsuns GMK Red Samurai Custom Keycap Set (Dec 2) Production delays at GMK currently have this slated to be shipping in March 2021 I'm confused

ilikepancakesSame here! The blue set looks amazing
ilikepancakesThe naming convention that we've been following is:
  • "Custom Keycap Set" = all the kits specified by the designer, e.g. novelties, accent kits, spacebar kits, etc.
  • "Keycap Set" (no "Custom") = small number of kits tailored to specific keyboards, e.g. Base kit, TKL kit, 65% kit, Ortho kit, etc. (varies with specific set)

ilikepancakes'I'm confused' And rightfully so. Drop needs a better naming convention to differentiate between 'Custom' sets and what I presume are supposed to be 'In-stock' sets. At minimum, the 'Custom' version should remove the 'DROP + REDSUNS' and revert to the original IC / GB naming convention of 'GMK Red & Blue Samurai' consistent with typical GMK sets rather than simply relying on the word 'Custom' as differentiation. Ultimately I'd much rather pay a bit more for a proper Base Kit (e.g. GMK WoB @ $110) than saving a few bucks for a layout-specific kit. Most perplexing of all is the lack of a 60% / HHKB kit that supports Drop's Tokyo keyboard.
