Just want to point out that when you're plugging the cable in the headset, you need to give it a really strong push. When you first insert it, it may feel like it's in, but that's just the first (of 3) contacts that have made contact and engaged. Give it a really strong push, you won't break it! We've received multiple returned "faulty, dead on arrival" units and upon testing them, they all work fine once the cable is properly seated. There are numerous reviews/discussion posts below of people complaining about "very quiet audio, left channel doesn't work at all", etc. These are almost always solved with firmly inserting the cable. Regardless, if you're not happy with the product or believe yours is defective, please contact customer support and they'll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

I get why you had to say this, but isn’t that bog standard “good cables 101”?

If only, if only… It was definitely worth calling out that sometimes the cable feels like it’s plugged in, but the tolerances are tight and sometimes you really have to press (both at the headphone earcup and the tip). There were a couple devices where Sennheiser plugs actually “clicked” audibly when connected all the way. So many people don’t plug in all the way.

Anyone getting a lot of sound bleed through? While on call, other people can hear what I listen to even though my video is not loud at all. Never had this problem on the 37x.

Mic doesn't work on Xbox One or Series S. Any ideas?
Did you ever get this figured out?

Two cables and they can’t even include USBA or USBC out? Good grief. Offer an upsell on a 2-way audio DAC cable that goes to USB or something, ffs. It’s not like LG even makes phones anymore, and everyone else (plus many computers) have shit onboard audio. (Or the audio controller died like it did for my dumb ass, whatever)

No sound is being transmitted from my PC38X's, besides Static. I have the splitter cord plugged into the correct ports on my PC but can only hear buzzing. I have reinstalled the Realtek Drivers, I tried to update any other drivers, I also ensured that each cord was seated firmly into their respective port. How can I get rid of this constant buzzing noise? Is it my motherboard? I have a B450M ASrock. No other sound is picked up by the headphones besides the buzzing. But the buzzing does increase and decrease in volume as I turn the volume wheel in their respective directions.
