A few updates:
  • SENSE75 keyboards have been shipping for a couple of weeks now - it's likely that you'll have received your assembled unit by now
  • Keyboard cases for early buyers of the assembled SENSE75 started shipping last week, separately from the keyboard; if you receive an empty keyboard case, it's this one
  • Keyboard cases for early buyers of the barebones SENSE75 might ship out a little before the barebones keyboards themselves ship (warehouse can't stop won't stop); don't be alarmed if this arrives unexpectedly
  • Novelty keys for early buyers are slightly delayed due to a delay with the packaging of the keycaps themselves; we currently estimate that these will begin shipping in mid-December
  • MT3 freebie codes for early buyers will be sent to your email at the end of December
  • Keyboard Configurator support for SENSE75 is still in development; for the time being, configuring with VIA is the most feature-full and user-friendly option - see the SENSE75 Setup Guide for more detailed instructions
Let me know if there are any questions not addressed here and I'll do my best to update accordingly.

HoffmanMysterHello, i have a huge problem with the keyboard. I wanted to hardware the parameters after i config i didn't like, unfortunately i have gone too far i thinl. I hit the "ESC" key while replugging the keyboard and now it is unresponsive. Only the LED are working with the keyboard isn't recognized on Windows or Linux (on two separate PCs). It is not launching in bootloader when i re-reset the keyboard, nor the hardware button beneath the space bar is putting the keyboard in flash mode (or FN+backspace also). It seems to have completely wipe the memory of the keyboard, including the bootloader. Also i tried to check if i could jumpstart by flashing through I2C (via USB normally it should be supported), but there isn't enough information about the board on the qmk repository. How can i unbrick the board please? Edit: just to be clear, Windows and Linux doesn't see the keyboard anymore, and there is no sound or information that they detect it at all, so im lost on what i can do without more documentation about the keyboard.

HoffmanMyster@HoffmanMyster To be perfectly clear, after clearing the EEPROM (with holding ESC while plugin the keyboard, after installing the VIA firmware, which was half an hour after), the keyboard is no longer recognized on Windows (no sound on when plugged in, not showing in the device manager) and Linux (lsusb doesnt list the keyboard on my laptop). The keyboard still turn on (the LEDs are on) yet the keymap is very different (the shortcuts to manager the LEDs are different) but the shortcut to clear the EEPROM and reset the keyboard (FN + backspace) seems working. I cleared the EEPROM because the color of the LEDs where off in comparaison of the color selection in VIA (it was way lighter than the selection, i had to choose an orange-red-ish color to on Via to get a gold-ish color on the LEDs), so i thought that if i completely reset the keeb, it may fixed the issue.

AnthodevHey, I don't have my board or reference docs handy at the moment, but I've raised this to the team. We'll get it sorted out one way or another. Should be a relatively simple fix to reset the board. I'll be back in touch soon with more info.

AnthodevTo be clear, did you use QMK Toolbox to flash the keyboard? Which file did you flash the keyboard with? Have you tried flashing the keyboard with stock firmware to confirm that is working? With QMK Toolbox open, when you plug in the keyboard, do you see something this in QMK Toolbox? > STM32 DFU device connected (WinUSB): STMicroelectronics STM32 BOOTLOADER (0483:DF11:2200) Note that when the keyboard is in bootloader mode, Windows won't recognize it as a keyboard. LEDs also stay on in bootloader mode unlike CTRL/ALT/SHIFT.

jxliuHello, i used QMK Toolbox (to flash the VIA firmware), it went fine, i used the board 30min to 1h after that with no problem. The thing is i unplugged then replug the keeb while maintaining ESC because it was supposed to clear the EEPROM (and reset the LED) because i thought it could be fix the color calibration of the LED (which i found way lighter than the one selected, compared to GMMK Pro, or even CTRL) on the diffuser. Now when i plug the keyboard (on Windows or Linux), nothing happen, no sound, no device appear on the device manager or lsusb (nor QMK Toolbox, qmk or "ls /dev/tty/*" either), it's like it's not even plugged in (except than the LEDs are on). So i think i have a bootloop (or stuck in a weird state in the bootloader mode) or than the bootloader has been wiped with the EEPROM wipe (but as i understand, it should not happen, since the flash was successful and i was able to use it after that for a short moment). I also tried to soft reset (FN+backspace and FN+Space), hardware reset (button underneath the spacebar), it is still not responding on the OSes. @HoffmanMyster Thanks, i hope it'll be indeed an easy fix ^^

AnthodevRegarding the hardware reset button, did you hold it for at least 2 seconds before releasing? When you cleared EEPROM by holding ESC when plugging in the keyboard, how long did you wait after releasing the ESC key before unplugging the keyboard? It does take 5-10 seconds for the EEPROM to be cleared. The first time you plug in he keyboard after EEPROM is cleared, it does take a few seconds for EEPROM to be re-populated with default values before the QMK goes into normal operation. Also to be clear, Fn+backspace will not work if the firmware itself is not running (which it seems like it's not since the keyboard is unresponsive).

jxliuAbout the button, i hold it even 10 - 15 seconds because i was waiting a reaction from the board. For the ESC, i'm not sure that i waited 10 seconds before unplug it to be honest (but definitely in 5-10 sec at least), maybe i was too quick :/

AnthodevI think most likely scenario is that firmware and/or EEPROM is not set correctly, so you should do these steps to flash your firmware and then reset the EEPROM:
  1. Unplug your keyboard.
  2. Launch QMK Toolbox
  3. Plug in your keyboard.
  4. Hold the physical reset button (the one under the spacebar) for 3 seconds and then release. You should see this line in QMK Toolbox: "STM32 DFU device connected (WinUSB): STMicroelectronics STM32 BOOTLOADER (0483:DF11:2200)". This indicates the keyboard is ready for flashing.
  5. Flash the keyboard with the desired firmware file from the Setup Guide. You should see "Flash complete" and "STM32 DFU device disconnected: STMicroelectronics STM32 BOOTLOADER (0483:DF11:2200)" in QMK Toolbox.
  6. Unplug your keyboard.
  7. Hold down the ESC key and while holding the ESC key, plug in the keyboard, then release the ESC key. In QMK Toolbox, you should see "STM32 DFU device connected (WinUSB): STMicroelectronics STM32 BOOTLOADER (0483:DF11:2200)".
  8. Wait ~10 seconds for EEPROM to be cleared.
  9. In QMK Toolbox, click "Exit DFU". You can also unplug and plug in your keyboard. Your keyboard will be unresponsive for a bit of time while the EEPROM is re-populated with default values. For the VIA firmware from the setup guide, I'm seeing about a 20 second delay before the keyboard is responsive again and the LEDs turn on.

jxliuThank you for the steps (and the help so far) but it doesn't work, i'm stuck at step 4, QMKT doesn't see the keyboard. Here is the try i did on Windows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pt3hspo_lEg And the try on Linux: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9aM87nYq3k As you can see, no reaction :(

AnthodevPost this to the QMK Discord and we'll get you help there. It'll be easier to coordinate real-time debugging there.

HoffmanMysterHi, Are the switches pre-lubed, do we need to lube them by ourselves to get a better type of feeling?

LHHHHHoly Panda X switches do come pre-lubed, but YMMV as to whether you want to re-lube for your desired feel.

LHHHHI still don't get why people are hyped about this board, you can buy a board that have the same features for 99 dollars with the akko mongeek M1, this is over priced and just plain scam, even the two year old keychron q1 is better than this.
