Aluminum, MT3 keycaps (they're on this website sold seperately) also HHKB is generally annoyingly expensive and also the switches are holy pandas which are also annoyingly expensive.

Does this come with the rest of the Mt3 WoB keycap set or just whatever is on the board?

The keyboard comes with only the keycaps on the board and an extra "Control" key.

Do these come with "Switches: Drop + Invyr Holy Panda switches" or box jade like in the picture?

It does not. The keycaps are the MT3 White on Black set that's also sold separately here; they're not shine-through.
