I have a set of Tealios that I like to use for this keyboard but does anyone know if they are compatible without cutting stems or modifying the switches?

They are not compatible without cutting off the alignment pins.

Is that pretty typical practice? any plans to change that on drop pcb's? I love bronze of this- but I'm kind of torn hearing this.

Any chance that the space race bronze case may become available? I haven't even opened my off-white case, tempted to exchange for space race. Also, are all MT3 keys shown here the only ones included in space race? +1 for the extra holes in the PCB release btw!

No plans to offer the case separately. A couple extra keys will be included, but essentially yes, what is shown is what is included.

Can you apply foam to this keyboard? if so which one? Also can you change the stabilizers to Genuine GMK screw in?

There is room for some foam, but not much. There are some third parties who make foam (e.g. https://mkultra.click/collections/frontpage/products/massdrop-alt-low-profile-foam-combo), but we make no guarantees regarding fitment and effectiveness of the foam. And no, you cannot use those stabilizers. The PCBA does not support PCBA-mount stabilizers.

Any plate mount stabs should work.
